Line editing

A thorough look at the language of your text to make sure you’re getting across what you want, focusing on the style and voice. I will point out any big plot holes or issues if I see them, but this is meant to polish your manuscript on a sentence level, remove small inconsistencies and check word choice. I will provide detailed suggestions and feedback. 0.03€/word

Proofreading

When your book is almost ready to be published, but you want someone to have one last look for any leftover spelling issues and typos. 0.007€/word

French proofread

Do you have that one character who says a few words in French? There’s nothing worse than messing up a foreign language and realizing too late! Get some peace of mind by getting a native speaker (me!) to check it for you!
0.05€/word, 3€ minimum (or price of a ko-fi)

Copy editing

Spelling, grammar and punctuation check. You’re happy with the style and voice of your text but you want to make sure it’s the best it can be, removing repetitions and awkward phrasing. Similar to line-editing but more technical than stylistic.
0.01€/word

Beta Reading

Want a reader’s first impressions to make sure your text hits the right notes? I will read it and send you detailed, honest feedback. Please message me with a plot summary and the length of your manuscript to get a quote.

Sensitivity Reading

I can offer a sensitivity reading of your manuscript for the following:

Queerness (mostly bisexuality but also queer history, and more general queer rep)
Mental health, depression, trauma response and PTSD
